Stroboscope

hello everybody,
I thought of something related to the flash and to the idea of moving/still and real/fake :

Here are some ideas :
The stroboscope deforms movement by changing the way we perceives its rythm. Weither by slowing it down, or making it look like multiple stills.
So, in our idea of fake/truth, we can say that the stroboscope takes an actual real movement to deliver another sensation of the same movement, which is fake. Like juxtaposition of stillness.
I think there is something we can find into this way.
I realize this means more or less going into some movie talking about cinema or animation, but i think it is in our ideas. We can find another level in the script so our movie won't be only about cinema. But if we have these 2 levels, i believe it can be a great script.
